The beds were comfortable, and the room was very clean. The shower had good water pressure, and there was a mini fridge available. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was easy and well-located too 😊

Overall it's a very good hotel, very clean spacious, well equiped rooms.

Downside is the location, if you got a car then it's worth staying otherwise it's too far from everything especially from centre Madrid.

Stunningly beautiful great budget hotel in good and perfect location outside of the city centre. The impeccably clean bathroom and a nice size and bright room. Large beds and a mini bar fridge, an individual safe, and an air conditioning.

Hotel is modern with nicely designed rooms. Great location for Warner Bros park and easy commute to Madrid by car. Large shopping complex 5 minutes drive.

If you don't have a car this is not a place you would want to stay.

The hotel is well-equipped and offers peaceful nights in a vibrant atmosphere. Their clean rooms and friendly staff.

The soundproofing was inadequate, leading to disturbances from adjacent rooms and corridors, which affected my overall comfort.

Its location suited me well for visiting the Airbus site (courtesy bus was provided and only a 20 minutes walk if wished). The building was new, modern and clean.The WiFi was effective, fast and free. Some TV channels were available in English and reception was good. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful.

The aircon in the room did not work. When asked for the instructions I was told it only heated anyway (would have not been good for a Spanish summer). I found the room too hot when I returned, and opening the window did not help much. The hotel lacked character and although built in 2009 there seemed lots of minor things were showing signs of wear - I therefore think the quality of build was not very good.

The room was comfortable, but check-in took way too long for me.

The hotel provides excellent fast and free WiFi, perfect for business travelers needing to stay connected.

There was a lack of variety at breakfast, particularly in the bread selection which was often slow to be replenished.

The kids loved visiting the Warner Bros. Park nearby, made our holiday even more exciting. Staff were attentive and the location was convenient for our road trip.

My wife says that our room could use better air conditioning.
